1. Return eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- Original packaging and tags are intact and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided.
Items that have been worn, washed or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
2. Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items returned outside the 7-day window.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
3. How to initiate a return
To request a return, email us at logistics@csglobal.ae with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorisation from us.
4. Return shipping
Returns are collected by our logistics partner from your delivery address within the UAE at no cost to you. To schedule a collection, contact us at logistics@csglobal.ae with your order number.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate this in your return request email. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
7. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at logistics@csglobal.ae within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process will apply.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or any applicable regulations.
